    Ian Wright brings 30+ years of wealth of experience in top level motorsport, having worked with the likes of Mercedes F1 Team, McLaren Group and Sauber Motorsport. While at Mercedes F1 as the head of Engineering Software, Ian led the development of the vehicle performance concept with his team that helped move Mercedes from a distant 5th in 2012, to a competitive 2nd in 2013 and a series of championship wins starting in 2014.
